This is a “Pure Rice Vinegar” made from domestically produced rice and rice koji. Both in taste and production method, it represents the very essence of traditional Japanese vinegar. Enjoy its mellow flavor and versatility that pairs well with any dish.

The salt used is sun-dried mineral-rich salt from Aguni Village, Okinawa Prefecture. You may notice some rice koji sediment, but please rest assured that this is completely natural.
