As a pairing, it goes well with dishes such as fried chicken wings, dumplings, and boiled fugu skin. It pairs well with Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes that are similar to squeezing lemon.
You can enjoy it chilled, on the rocks, mixed with soda, or as a cocktail base in various ways.

Production Method:
Using the traditional sake made from locally grown "Banzai" rice, which was presented to the Emperor Taisho during his ascension to the throne 100 years ago, and revived in collaboration with local contracted farmers and the sake brewery in Okazaki. No acidifiers or additives are used, and the amount of fruit juice and pulp is maximized to enable the enjoyment of the natural taste and aroma of the fruit. The fruit liqueur is created with a strong focus on authenticity and a fruit-like sensation. The oil film contained in the skin of citrus fruits is moderately combined to allow the enjoyment of the sourness of yuzu from the beginning to the end.
