Crafted with ripe Nanko plums as the base and blended with Tsuyuakane, a new variety from Aridagawa Town, this sparkling liqueur is distinguished by its vivid red hue and sweet-tart character. Plum pulp settles naturally in the bottle, giving a luscious texture on the palate, while the vibrant acidity leaves a refreshing finish. Best enjoyed well chilled on its own or poured over a glass filled with ice.
