The sharp citric acidity, combined with lively carbonation, tightens the palate for a crisp and invigorating sensation. Balanced by the clean finish of the rice shochu base, the aftertaste remains light and refined. Best enjoyed well chilled on its own or poured over a glass filled with ice.
