Ingredients: Plums (Wakayama Prefecture), brewed alcohol, sugar, sake
This umeshu is crafted with fully ripened Nanko plums from local farmers, processed immediately after harvest and left to extract their essence over six months. By using twice the usual amount of plums, it delivers a vibrant aroma and bright acidity with a pleasantly tart flavor, keeping sweetness to a minimum. Best enjoyed with meals, either on the rocks or mixed with soda.
