Koi umeshu is made from fully ripened Nanko plums harvested from local farms and immediately processed to extract their essence over six months. The steeped plum pulp is carefully strained and added back, creating an exceptionally rich liqueur with a velvety texture. Its deep flavor is luscious on the rocks, refreshing with soda, and even concentrated as a delightful topping for ice cream.
